John has a passion for helping small and mid-size firms grow by providing solutions that make his clients more profitable. In 1995, John founded OFFWIRE Inc. Twice recognized as one of Omaha’s fastest growing businesses and three times on the INC 5000 fastest growing companies list. Recently, OFFWIRE completed a successful sale to a world renown distributor.
John is passionate about entrepreneurship and is heavily involved with the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), supporting over 10,000 members in 138 chapters worldwide. John has held several positions including Chapter President, Regional Director, Global Strategic Summit Director and Global Chapter Development Chairman.

Matt has 20 years of sales and sales management experience in B2B sales and a passion for coaching and developing others.

Jay Fairbrother

Executive Coach

A serial entrepreneur, Jay has founded, purchase and/or sold seven business across several industries. As an Executive Coach and Sales Coach, Jay has built many sales team from the ground up and trained hundreds of salespeople. As a Consultant, Jay has been involved in many startups and is also highly skilled at recruiting, operations, and marketing. He knows first hand how to implement processes to successfully scale a business. Jay is also adept at building culture, one of his companies was awarded #2 Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania. He is also a former President and board member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and has been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by his peers. Of all his experiences, he is most passionate about consulting, sales and sales training and is thrilled to be part of the MyB2B team.

With over 35 years of experience in sales and leadership – including as president and founder of three highly successful companies – Phil is no stranger to a challenge. He is a big believer in managing people to their strengths, thrives on competition and collaboration, and is passionate about motivating people to succeed. Having built LeaseTeam, P&L Capital, and P&L Technology from the ground up, Phil is well versed on the skills and strategies necessary to develop successful and sustainable growth in business.
Phil also serves on the advisory board of the Omaha area’s largest landscape company, is the past President of the local EO chapter and executive club, and is Omaha Chamber award recipient.
